The headquarters of Technoport are located in Belval (Esch-sur-Alzette). The city of Esch-sur-Alzette is considered the historical center of the Luxembourgish steel industry.
The Belval site is a former industrial site of Arbed, a Luxembourgish steel group founded in 1911, today part of ArcelorMittal. In the Technoport building, there are mainly offices where several startups are accommodated. Additionally, meeting rooms and an open space are available.
